HR on line collection error

Hello,

I was trying to check my HR AquaPro, version 3.09 by doing an on-line collection. As I press the start data collection, it gives me this error

Command failed! (write config)

Acknowledge not received

[3] processing time too small

I could not find the reason for this error and how  I can solve it, Would you please help me on that..
